Please read the following terms and conditions before using our website. 

How can I cancel my order?

For any cancellation, please call us within 1 hour after you place an order.  If you place an order during off business hours, you can contact us when we open on business hours.  (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST/ except Saturday and Sunday).

We cannot cancel the order once it leaves our warehouse.

Returns 

Customers must inspect all items upon receipt to ensure they match the order.  You need to fill out online return form on our website. All return request must be filed within 3 days after receipt of items.  We will charge customers a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective returned items.

 

Typographical Errors

BestNBestFashion.com is not responsible for any typographical errors including incorrect price and description.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price.  BestNBestFashion.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for any delay due to holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Shipping Cancellations and Refusals 

For any shipments returned to us due to bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders).

International Shipping Policy (Including Canada) 

We assume no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. Any international Shipping charge is non-refundable.

In any dispute or claim you have against BestNBestFashion, you must first attempt in good faith to meet and confer and resolve the dispute or claim in question by submitting your claim in writing. If the dispute or claim in question is not resolved within sixty ( 60 ) days following the date the attempt to meet and confer to settle such dispute or claim was initiated, such dispute or claim shall be decided by neutral, binding arbitration and not by court action, except as provided by California law for judicial review of arbitration proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or Judicial Arbitration And Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") in Los Angeles County, California.
